Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Fulfillment & Shipping First Keepsakes partners with a curated network of trusted suppliers. Physical products ship directly from our suppliers and may arrive in separate packages if you've ordered from multiple vendors. Each shipment includes its own tracking number.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S.) Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, depending on the supplier and your location.
Digital Products Digital downloads (Canva templates, planners, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping applies.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Shipping Add if applicable — confirm with each Collective supplier whether they ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [hello@firstkeepsakes.com] and we'll investigate with the supplier.

EU Shipping Orders shipped to the European Union are delivered via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times are 6–12 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland) — $18.00
- Central/Eastern EU (Austria, Czechia, Poland) — $20.00
- Southern EU (Spain, Italy, Portugal) — $22.00
- Nordics (Denmark, Finland, Sweden) — $24.00
Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply for EU orders and are the responsibility of the buyer. Shopify's DHL Express service supports prepaid duties at checkout where available.
