RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At First Keepsakes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@firstkeepsakes.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Personal care products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original purchase and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
